The CLIENT is identified by the data provided in the web or booking form, declaring to be of legal age and having the legal capacity to contract.

2. Acceptance and Purpose

These Terms regulate the appointment requests and the contracting of procedures offered through https://www.drcristinamunoz.com/. Checking the acceptance box on the form implies the reading, understanding, and agreement with these terms.

3. Economic Terms and Payment Methods

• The prices for consultations and surgical or aesthetic procedures are those formally published on the website at the time of the request.
• Payment for bookings or treatments may be made via POS terminal (credit/debit card), bank transfer to the account held by Dr. Cristina Muñoz, or in cash within the limits established by current Spanish tax regulations.
• The prices for surgical interventions correspond to the professional procedure, which may require additional costs for the operating room, hospitalization, or anesthesia, depending on the case.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

• The CLIENT has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of booking to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty, by sending an email to info@drcristinamunoz.com, provided that the provision of the service has not begun.
• If cancellation or withdrawal is requested after the legal withdrawal period has expired, the service's booking policy will apply. Dr. Cristina Muñoz reserves the right to cancel or deny a procedure if medical contraindications exist, in which case the amount paid corresponding to the unperformed treatment will be refunded.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish civil and commercial law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville.
